To our delight, Fitness First joined us for another Sport Relief and they really were a very active partner indeed.
For starters, they went to great lengths to help our Milers limber up for the big day. Not only did they give free three-day gym passes to everyone who entered the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile, for every person that used their free pass, Fitness First donated £1 to Sport Relief. If you then decided to join as a member, Fitness First donated a further £5.
On top of that, they also ran choreographed warm-up sessions at all 17 flagship Miles, and clubs up and down the country took part in all sorts of fantastic fundraising activities… as well as encouraging their members to get involved too! Plus they’re even sold some official Sport Relief Socks on the side. All in all, they’re pretty much the ideal Sport Relief partner. For further details and terms go to fitnessfirst.co.uk.
