Starting at Les Jardins du Trocadero in Paris, John cycled the 185 miles to Calais in one incredibly long day. Then with the help of Davina McCall, Denise Lewis and Andrew Flintoff, he rowed the width of the English Channel before finally running three punishing marathons in three days to cross the finish line in Trafalgar Square. Thousands turned out on the route to cheer John on and show their support for his incredible challenge, what a hero.

From Tower Bridge John will power past the Monument and St Paul's Cathedral before heading down to the Embankment, and finishing by running up The Mall and on to Trafalgar Square for around 5pm. John needs your support - come down and cheer him on!
John's currently passing through Deptford, heading for Rotherhithe and Bermondsey next before crossing the Thames at Tower Bridge towards The City.
Just leaving Greenwich with 9 miles still to go. John will be passing through The City on his way to the finish in Trafalgar Square. Estimated arrival time 5pm. Come down and show your support.
